Ik ben een nette hoog opgeleide Nederlandse man van 43 en woonde samen in Amsterdam. Mijn relatie van 11 jaar is nu helaas recent beëindigd en ik heb per mei geen echte woonruimte meer. Ik werk als zelfstandig componist en audio engineer, met een studio in Baarn. Mijn hobby's zijn fitness, lezen en muziek maken. Ik ben veel aan het werk maar ik zal thuis geen lawaai maken omdat ik een studio heb en thuis geen luide muziek afspeel. Ik ben een sociaal persoon met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en ik veroorzaak geen overlast. Ik heb interesse om de studio eerst indien mogelijk voor 6 maanden te huren met de mogelijkheid tot verlengen, zo niet dan graag een jaar met de mogelijkheid om mij in te schrijven en eventueel te verlengen.
